Who manages your data

The site is operated by Sarah Garande and her small team, working alongside My Destiny Inc. For any data question, write to hello@sarahgarande.com and a real person will reply.

What we collect

We only collect the information you give us directly through our forms. Depending on the form, this can include:

• Your name and email address
• Organisation, role or church (where relevant)
• Event details for a speaking enquiry
• The content of your message
• Your interests when joining the community

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not send financial details, medical information or anything you would not be happy to share by email.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange next steps
• To send the free guide or resource you requested
• To send the newsletter, if you have opted in
• To plan and prepare events, mentorship and courses

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share them with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry messages: up to 24 months after the last reply, then removed.
• Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe.
• Course and mentorship records: for the life of the programme plus 24 months for follow-up care.

Email marketing and unsubscribing

You only receive the newsletter if you tick the consent box. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email hello@sarahgarande.com and we will remove you within a few working days.

Third party tools we use

To run the site safely we rely on a small number of trusted providers. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

• Website hosting and form storage to receive and store enquiries securely.
• Email delivery to send replies, free guides and the newsletter.
• Privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Your rights

You can at any time ask us to:

• See what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop sending you marketing
